What will I need to wear?

This experience will require some movement, and our suits can get a little warm!  We recommend something light and comfortable such as a t-shirt and old pants! We also recommend flat tennis shoes. Boots and heeled shoes could be challenging to get into our protective gear!

Also, please do not wear anything new or something you do not want to get paint on.  While we do our best to provide protection from the paint and the paint is water-based.  We cannot guarantee paint will not get on your clothing or shoes/sneakers.  We also cannot guarantee that the paint will completely come out of your clothing.   Some fabrics may stain.

How long does a Splatter session last?

Your session runs for30 minutes total, including getting geared up and taking gear off. Arrive 10 minutes early so you can use every minute.

What kind of paints do we use?

Accepted Answer

We only use non-toxic, water-based paints that meet the ASTM-D4236 standard and has the AP Seal for safety and non-toxicity. Free from most common allergens. Does not contain Latex, Dairy & Casein, Egg, Gluten, Peanut & Tree Nut or Soy.

Although our paint is water-based and does come off the skin with ease using soap and warm water, this does not apply to clothing.  Some fabrics may stain.

What is the age range?

We recommend 4 years old and above for this experience. Any groups with participants under 12 years old must have at least one adult present in the room.

What protective gear are guests provided?

We provide hooded coveralls, goggles, gloves and foot covers.  In addition, depending on the size of the child, he or she may receive a poncho.  Please keep in mind that our disposable coveralls do a good job protecting your clothing, however it is possible paint may stain certain fabrics.  Please dress for the mess.

What does your booking fee include?

Your booking covers the main Splatter Spokane experience. Optional add-ons cost extra, so you can keep it simple or level it up.

How many paint colors do we get?

Our non-glow packages come with 6 assorted paint colors.  Glow in the dark comes with 4 assorted paint colors.

What size canvases do we get?

11 x 14 inch stretched canvases for adults and children. With upgrades availible 16 x 20 is popular.

Can you pay to upgrade the size of your canvas?

How messy can I get during a session?

Accepted Answer

Messy? Oh, absolutely! The room is your canvas, so go wild. While we provide coveralls, paint might still find its way onto your skin, clothes, or shoes. Good news: it’s water-based and washes off skin with soap and warm water. But heads up—some fabrics might stain. Got paint on your clothes? Wash them ASAP before it dries. Dry cleaning might be your backup plan. Remember: dress for the mess and embrace the chaos!

Is there an area for me to change?

We have a dressing room where you and your group will change into your paint resistant suits together. However, if you prefer to suit up privately, we have two private bathrooms as a substitute.

Can we buy additional canvases during our reservation?

Yes. Additional canvases and paint can be purchased.

Question 13

Can you take your canvas home the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You’ll head out with your canvas the same day, and it may still be wet. We provide boxes so you can carry it safely. 🎨

Is there a deposit to reserve a party or corporate event?

Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party or corporate event.  The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.

What happens if you need to cancel your session?

Your session is non-refundable, but you can reschedule if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. We’ll help you find a new date and time that works for you and your crew.

Can non-participants enter the paint room without incurring a cost?

Accepted Answer

No.  Anyone who enters the paint room is required to pay.  Non-participants can enter the paint room, but will be required to pay $10 per non-participant for the cost of the protective gear.

How long is each sessesion?

For our airsoft target zone sessions, you have two options: 30 minutes and 1-hour depending on the number of people.  This includes putting on and taking off protective gear and safety training.  We ask that your group arrive 10 minutes before your session to ensure you maximize your time frame.

Is there an age requirement to participate?

Accepted Answer

Airsoft shooting is for 12 and up.  10 and 11-year-old kids can use our airsoft with parent supervision.

If you are under 12, you can select our nerf option.

Can I bring my own airsoft gun?

we DO NOT allow outside guns to be used at our facility.

What protective gear are guest provide?

Accepted Answer

Guest are provided eye protection along with a helmet and vest.  Everyone who enters the target zone must wear eye protection.

Can I cancel and receive a refund?

No, you may cancel your session, however our target zone experience is non-refundable.  If you notify us within 48 hours, we will be happy to reschedule your session to a new date and time that works for you and your group.

Is safety training required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each participant must go through our rules and safety requirements before they can start their session.  All guests must always complete an electronic waiver before their session.
